Retains the 32 Ft Height Limit
Local seniors deserve safe, affordable housing
At the October 7, 2025 City Council Meeting it was confirmed by all parties that the ballot measure you will be voting for retains the 32 foot height limit. Here is the text on page 3:
"WHEREAS, any affordable housing development would be subject to control by the City of Sausalito and would be subject to applicable 32 foot height limits, and is anticipated to occur under a long-term lease"
The height limit was cited by some residents as a concern but the ballot language confirms the 32 foot limit remains the law
